I am 26. I Have lost control of weight. I went without eating for a year, I was on a liquid diet. I was skinny and I couldnt have been happier! Now I am eating again and I have gained about 60 Lbs. I cant allow this to continue!
- I have lost a lil weight then I gain it back the I lose it again and then ago it back !!! I need to drop 60 lbs before I can even start to be happy with myself
So I have been every absent lately. But I am back. I have started doing all fruit smoothies ( no juice no milk) just frozen fruit and protein powder and fiber powder ( so it goes through my body quickly)
And I am starting the military diet tomorrow. My goal is to drop 10 pounds by the 15th!!! Send good tips if y’all know any!!!
I had been going so good!!!!! Working out and eating right (if I ate at all) and then today I blew it and binged!!!! I hate myself right now!!!
So I spent almost 2 hours at the gym last night and I’m leaving my house in about 15 mins to go to the gym for about 30 mins. I figure If I do 30 mins in the morning and at least 90 (if not 2 hours) at least 5 days a week, I will drop this extra person I am carrying around!!!! Skinny me here I come!!!!
